About us

As a global Foundation, we provide our neurocoaching across the planet via a video call for free to all young people aged 18-25. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you come from: the more differences amongst us, the better. Our aim is to form a community of diverse, empowered people who grow through learning from each other’s different perspectives.

YungMash: podcast host, grime fanatic, fashion icon, chef, cat mum, lover of trainers, London-obsessed, artist, jet-setter, public speaker, Twitter Spaces celebrity, friend, daughter, soulmate. There are very few things that Masha Shishkina doesn’t thrive at. What makes her so special is that underlying absolutely everything she does is an effervescent, inspiring energy which drives everyone she met to be the best version of themselves; to pursue your dreams, to be kinder, to bring the community together and empower others.

On the 13th of March 2022, she earned her place out of the physical plane of this earth after more than two years of treatment for cancer. Every hour since, she has continued to inspire those who were lucky enough to know her, and we’re making it our mission to carry on her legacy to uplift others in the same way she uplifts us.

Katherine, our CEO

Katherine Alexander-Dobrovolskaia: The drive to bring people together and learn and celebrate the world we share together is my essence. Masha is not only my daughter, best friend, advisor, sister and mother, she is my guiding light and universe. “Living rent-free in your head”, one of her expressions, is proving to be true as I wake up and go to bed thinking about her. Her motto is to do at least one thing every day to make someone happy and to have fun irrespective of circumstances. I do, and we should all, live by these words.
