the layers of yungmash

As a global Foundation, we provide our FREE (yes that's right, free) neurocoaching across the planet via a video call to all young people aged 18-25. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you come from: the more differences amongst us, the better. Our aim is to form a community of diverse, empowered people who grow through learning from each other’s different perspectives.

  • The epicentre of the collective, Masha is at the heart of everything we do. She brings people together no matter what their background, she helps you recognise your potential and she cheers you on through the ups and the downs. We simply continue the work she started, with her guidance, of course.

  • Kate oversees the Wednesday sessions and is also a certified neurocoach so every mentor has a chance to work with her one to one.

  • Our certified neurocoaches are based in various parts of the world and speak English, German, French, Hebrew, Russian and Norwegian.

  • Following a 25-week course, you have a chance to become a mentor. This means you still have a group session on Wednesdays but now you’re also given an hour a week with a Yungmaster.

  • Everyone who joins Yungmash Collective starts off as a mentee, which gives you a group session every Wednesday and access to a mentor
